  • 1. How do I locate Stanford Suites and check into my residence?
    Stanford Suites  is located in central Gurgoan in Sushant Lok -1, very close to main attractions of the city. Stanford Suites is a set of Rooms &  Executive Suites   flaunting a prestigious address. It is thoughtfully located close to banks and shopping centres too.  Our 24-hr reception would help you to check-into your residence.

    Stanford Suites prices its accommodation on a daily basis. For more information please see tariffs available at reception.
     
  • 2. What facilities are included in the cost?

  • 3. How do I pay my bills?
    Apartment rentals / tariffs are to be paid in advance.

    Payments can be done via Cheque (company cheques only in case of corporate bookings) / Cash / Demand Draft / Credit card. We can bill individuals or we can invoice a company directly.
     
  • 4. Can I cancel a booking that I have made with home space? Will I be liable to pay any cancellation fees?
    • Yes, you can. No cancellation charges will be levied if you cancel your booking within 10 days from the date of payment.
    • However, in case of payment by debit card, a nominal service fee will be charged by the payment gateway service provider for cancellation even within the 10-day period.
    • In case of a "no show", a fee of Rs. 5,000 will be charged.
     
  • 5. Are there any special discounts for those who stay for a long period?
    Discounts are available for bookings for one month and above. Ongoing offers and promotions are available on our website www.stanfordsuites.com

    Home space is available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
     
  • 2. What are the sizes of the residences?
    Stanford Suites offers a wide selection of double and single bedroom apartments ranging from 750 sq ft. to 1,450 sq ft. They feature a living cum dining area, kitchenette, bedrooms and bathrooms with separate shower and W.C.
     
  • 3. Are pets welcome?
    We regret to inform you that Stanford Suites does not allow pets in its residences.

  • 1. What are the ways in which I can pay?
    The following modes of payment are acceptable:
    • Credit cards (all major credit cards accepted)
    • Debit cards (all major debit cards accepted)
    • Cheque/DD
     
  • 2. How many days prior should I book a residence?
    All reservations will be made one month to 15 days prior to your requirement. Rental tariff to be paid as advance.
     
  • 3. How do I make reservations?
    Making a reservation is easy. Call us or send us an E-mail to know the availability status and to reserve a residence.
